I have meant to post more often, however I have been much busier than I thought I would be. I am the Camp Director this summer for a Cub Scout Day Camp and for the Cub Scout Resident Camp, which I am literally building from the ground up. I have done it with Day Camp, but this is a much bigger deal and on a much bigger scale, even though it is only 3 days. However, it has been a fun challenge and there are 5 months until Campers and their parents walk into camp! As Sean would say, " PANIC!!"
Not really panicking, but I do have these two camps Plus my every day normal things to accomplish. And I am making huge efforts to lose weight. So much to do and really not that much time. Sticking to a schedule is very important...some parts of the schedule I am doing great on, others, not so well. BUT I am trying.
March is finally here! Hopefully with it will bring warmer weather and healthy vibes. While we have not been that sick, when we have been sick, hasn't been fun. My bones and joints ache with the cold, so the warm weather will be welcomed.
March is a busy month besides day and resident camp meetings. Paul turns 22. We have some plans to help make this year a great birthday. Can't say much as he reads here.
One last thing about February, Sean had his last feeding tube removed AND he didn't need antibiotics or steroids because he wasn't sick! His stoma where his feeding tube was at, is healing so very well! It looks like we will avoid visiting the OR for surgery to close it up. We are busy shipping his leftover supplies to families who can use them. My living room likes a medical supply place.
I have been up trying to get caught up with things, like the dishes and laundry. My boys were helping, but they can only do so much.
So I am taking a deep breath and heading back to getting things done, like sleep.
Thanks for stopping by~
